The company was founded in 1957 by Oktay DEMİRAĞ at a small workshop in Kasımpaşa.

It started to produce original spare parts for various brands in the automotive industry in its factory by the Golden Horn.

Performing activities in the field of diesel engine and passenger vehicle production, Altınboğa developed vehicles in 2 categories and diesel engines at 4 power levels with its 250 employees.

Producing Turkey’s first 100% domestically-made commercial vehicle in 1980s, Altınboğa has equipped its vehicles, from the prototype stage on, with diesel engines of its own production.

In 1983, it got into the LPG sector with a brand-new technology. Leading other companies in the production of LPG regulators and gas equipment, Altınboğa has more than thirty patents, utility models and industrial designs in this sector. It is among the sector’s leading companies that hold CE, TSE and ISO quality certificates.

ALTINBOĞA, which takes its name from the value of gold and the strength of bulls and has been valuing quality and trust above everything for years, has started the production of domestic and national electric industrial vehicles called OKUST in its factory in Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone. It will keep providing an increasing contribution to economy.
